Meet Our New Executive Director

Introducing Anita Campbell, RN, Executive Director of Somerford Place Annapolis

Anita Campbell has been in senior care management for more than 12 years, all of those dedicated to caring for those affected by dementia. Anita has her degree in Nursing from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, and has spent much of her career in assisted living, both as a Director of Nursing and as an Assisted Living Administrator.

Anita has been involved in education, research and care improvement programs for those affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. She feels providing quality and dignifying care is truly her calling.

“I love what I do. I enjoy being with a team that just has it in their heart and soul to
care for those with Alzheimer’s.”
